Vietnam is known for their beautiful scenaries, it is very diverse and consists of jungles, forests, swamps and waterways which are homes to thousands of wildlife species and about 10,000 unknown plant species. The country was once totally covered with forests but over the years due to the war and deforestation and anthropological pressures some areas have lost their biodiversity value.
Vietnam is divided into two sections, the Northern part of Vietnam and the Southern part. Northern Vietnam is very hot in the summer, yet bitterly cold in the winter. In the summertime, the Northern part can experience violent typhoons and in the winter they are known for rain dust which can be quite harmful. November through to April is their winter time and April/ May through to October is their summer season.
The Southern part of Vietnam is very tropical all year round, it's quite hot and the evenings are very warm. However, Southern Vietnam has a dry and a rainy season. June through to November brings rains and typhoons whereas December through to April is drier and is characterized by the winds of the northeast monsoon and in the south by high temperatures.
